What are the main side effects of Prozac and Wellbutrin? Do you find that sometimes when you feel funny you don't know if it's the MDD or the meds? I've been feeling really tired. Don't know if that's because it's mid-winter or the pills. This time of year is especially difficult. I hate snow. I hate the cold. Another thing, I've been feeling sort of shaky inside, could that be the medication? I've only been taking this combo for about 4 weeks.

Wellbutrin side effects:
agitation, headache, dry mouth, nausea, change in appetite, insomnia
Prozac side effects:
anxiety, drowsiness, headache, insomnia, diarrhea, sexual dysfunction, excessive sweating, itching, tremors
The shakiness could be due to the medication, especially if you are taking them in combination. If you are experiencing any kind of side effects at all, it is important to let your health care provider know immediately.
