Member Goals

Most people who sign up for our Online Program post some personal goals. Many of our members have said that publically stating these goals is very important because it helps them to keep focused on their commitment to try to reach their goals. Posting goals also helps others to decide what they would like to try to work toward.

Get inspired by reading some of these Goals!

violoncello’s Goals are to:
   1. 1. Practice for 2 hours daily
   2. 2. Write for 2 hours daily
   3. 3. Walk & Yoga everyday

BradyliciousA’s Goals are to:
   1. walk the dog 5 days a week
   2. find truck or flat deck to move stuff on Sat
   3. try to change thinking one positive thought when pissed off.

dayzeechild’s Goals are to:
   1. Try to learn to live without any money for another week & a half; eat light to conserve food. Avoid social situations (no hygiene products either)
   2. Enjoy and appreciate "Rainbow Hour" in the morning over coffee witih my significant other. (Glass cube when the sun shines on it makes "rainbow" spots all over the walls; I love rainbows!)
   3. Try to set aside SOME time to do something fun for once; instead of working without breaks.

speedy0314’s Goals are to:
   1. Perform aerobic exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, perhaps work my way back to yoga.
   2. Complete my CCNA certification in 4 weeks time.
   3. Meditate daily for at least 10 minutes.

demo’s Goals are to:
   1. To walk 3 times per week with a friend
   2. To update my resume
   3. To remind myself of something positive about me every day

Snuff’s Goals are to:
   1. Be in bed by 1AM and out of bed by 8AM. This will give me extra time in the morning for myself.
   2. Exercise atleast 3 times a week for atleast 30 minutes. This can include jogging, brisk walk, cycling or lifting weights.
   3. To drink atleast 6 glasses of water and eat atleast 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

   1. jump out of bed and be excited about the day
   2. be excited about my future

   1. Find joy in life again
   2. To become comfortable in social situations and be able to approach strangers with ease
   3. Learn to love other people despite their weaknesses/betrayals and to let go of regrets

LilyElsa’s Goals are to:
   1. 1) To try and get away from abusive and manipulative people.
   2. 2) To find a job.
   3. 3) Work on my self worth - believe that I am worth something.

Wicko’s Goals are to:
   1. 1 Go back to being the person I was before my breakup. 2 Start my visual arts course in Canada. 3 Stop dwelling on my past and letting my breakup consume my future. 4 Eat better. 5 Lose weight - 30 lbs 6 Be self confident again.

LaceyRose’s Goals are to:
   1. To become happy and learn from my mistakes
   2. To become more finacially confident and secure
   3. To feel confident about myself

   1. Complete to come out from my depression anxiety problem and to live a normal life with out medicines.
   2. to make my social life stable and do marriage and become give birth to child and become good mother.

   1. Go to the gym 3 - 4 times per week.
   2. Get up with the kids and do not take naps.
   3. Schedule and a do a pleasant activity every day.

   1. Procrastination Work: Use the power of NOW.谈动,谈谈笑笑。
   2. Work on to establish my routines.
   3. As a transcendental Self: Observe and Willing to have the experience of pain in order to go in a direction I care about.
