Barbiturat:
synthetic sedative drug derived from barbituric acid.
Beta Blocker:
medication used to treat some of the physical symptoms of anxiety such as increased blood pressure and heart palpitations. Although no widely used. Some people seem to benefit when used to treat situational or performance anxiety.
Biogenic Amines:
chemicals that act as neurotransmitters or modulators.
Brofaromine:
a medication. Includes brand names such as Consonar.
Bupropion:
bupropion and bupriopion SR are antidepressants that act through blocking reuptake of norepinephrine and dopamine. Includes brand names such as Wellbutrin and Wellbutrin SR.

Includes medications such as alprazolam(Xanax), bromazepam, chlordiazepoxide, clonazepam (Klonopin), clorazepate (Tranxene), diazepam (Valium), flunitrazepam, flurazepam (Dalmane), lorazepam (Ativan), oxazepam (serax), quazepam (Doral), temazepam (Restoril), triazolam (Halcion).
